Shipping policy

We endeavor to get your purchase to you as soon as possible.

As a small family run business on top of our main business this can be out of typical hours. Orders are typically processed between 7 and 8.30pm on the day you ordered (unless of course you ordered after 8.30pm, then it will be the next working day).

On a typical week this occurs Sunday to Thursday nights, with the exception of public holidays effecting our availability, or if we have notified you that we are away. Packages are ready for courier collection for the next business day. We cannot guarantee that they will pick up each working day, but this is typically the case unless their workload is too substantial (something we do not know or cannot predict). But if you get a notification that your item has been shipped, then we've done our bit and the ball is in the couriers court.

We typically use NZ Post for sending our product, who advise a 1-3 business day delivery timeframe with increased delivery time for rural areas. Weekends or public holidays do not count as business days.
